YES! We provide FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE. This applies to ALL orders from our online shop via our regular shipping.

 

Australia

  • Please allow 1 – 3 Business Days for your orders to be processed and dispatched.
  • FREE REGULAR SHIPPING: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is generally between 5 - 7 business days from dispatch.
  • If you purchased express shipment via DHL, please allow 3 - 5 business days from dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided to you via email once dispatched.
  • If you have not received your items within 10 business days, please email us with your order number and a member from our lovely team will assist you. 
  • In some cases, an attempted delivery may have occurred and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your mailbox for any collection notes.

  

International (all other countries)

  • Please allow 1 – 3 Business Days for your orders to be processed and dispatched.
  • FREE REGULAR SHIPPING: Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery is generally between 10 - 20 business days from dispatch.
  • If you purchased express shipment via DHL, please allow 4 - 7 business days from dispatch.
  • Tracking information will be provided to you via email once dispatched.
  • If you have not received your items within 15 business days, please email us with your order number and a member from our lovely team will assist you. 
  • In some cases, an attempted delivery may have occurred and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection. Please check your mailbox for any collection notes.
  • For all other international customers, as we are based in Australia, it is difficult for us to liaise with your local courier, if you have not received your order after 20 working days, please track your package to find its location and call your national postal service with the tracking number. 

 

General

  • We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sundays and Australian Public Holidays.
  • We will use all reasonable means to ensure your order will be delivered within the above specified time but we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances which are outside of our control but will do our best to inform you of any unforeseen circumstances that may cause any unexpected delays.
  • If you are not home at the time of delivery, you will be left with a collection card and your parcel will be redirected to your local post office and you can collect your package from them when you present your Photo ID.
  • We will do our best to avoid and reduce the customs duties and taxes payable on all International orders. However, in the event that an international shipment attracts custom duties and taxes, the customer is required to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order.

DO YOU DELIVER TO PO BOXES?

Unfortunately, we cannot make deliveries to PO Box addresses as we will require a signoff

WHAT TIME WILL MY PARCEL ARRIVE?

Deliveries can be made anytime between 8am and 6pm EST

CAN YOU DELIVER TO AN ADDRESS OTHER THAN MY BILLING ADDRESS?

Yes, you can have your order delivered to an alternate address, however this needs to be done at the time of purchase/ check-out. If this is a business address, please ensure you include the name of the company in the address field as well as your contact name to ensure your parcel does not get lost.

DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY PARCEL?

If you or a neighbour is home to accept the order, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the shipping company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver, and provide you with details on where the parcel has been delivered to. If there are no safe places or available neighbours, the courier will notify you and attempt re-deliver the next working day. Delivery will be re-attempted 3 times before being returned to the depot and retuned back to Boutique Faux Pas. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered, please contact us.
